Memorial Bracelets Now Available.

Last night, Deputy Josh Phipps, dedicated and brave, was actively assisting the Kentucky State Police in an operation to locate a suspect who had fled. Tragically, during this courageous effort, Deputy Phipps was struck by gunfire.

Despite the best efforts of medical personnel at a local hospital, he succumbed to his injuries. His unwavering commitment and sacrifice in the line of duty are deeply mourned by all who knew him and by the community he served with honor.

Deputy Phipps is survived by his parents.
